The spiritual and financial need that exists in the churches in Mexico breaks my heart. Sometimes we are not grateful enough for the things we have, and we often believe that we deserve them; but when we see the great need that other nations like Mexico has, we realize that we are rich in every way.

We must thank God for what we have and not complain, knowing that there are brothers around the world who would wear the clothes and eat the food that you and I would throw away. I realize that the easier things are for us, the less faithful we are to God. May the Lord have mercy on us and help those in great need.
